Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring that our recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes align with our company’s goals and values. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive workplace.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and administer performance management processes to drive growth and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify training and development needs to support employee career growth.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR software systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
