Project Manager
At Techspr, we’re looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead and execute projects across various domains of IT. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful delivery, ensuring that our solutions exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will involve cross-functional collaboration, managing budgets, and aligning project goals with company objectives to drive growth and innovation at Techspr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans. Lead project teams to ensure milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget.
- Resource Allocation & Team Coordination: Allocate resources effectively and coordinate team activities to optimize productivity. Provide guidance and support to project team members, including developers, designers, and testers.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear and proactive communication to manage expectations, deliver progress updates, and resolve any project-related issues.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare contingency plans to address unexpected challenges and ensure projects stay on track.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure all outcomes align with Techspr’s standards and client requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Review and analyze project performance, gathering insights to improve project processes, team efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of software development and IT project methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
