Cancellation policy

TechSPR – Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and procedures for canceling orders on TechSPR, whether for digital products or tech services offered by developers. We aim to provide a fair experience for both parties while respecting the nature of digital goods and custom work.


1. General Policy

Orders placed on TechSPR may be canceled depending on the type of purchase and the order status. Cancellation eligibility varies between:

  • Digital product purchases

  • Service-based or custom development projects


2. Digital Product Orders

Digital product purchases (e.g., software, scripts, templates, plugins) are non-cancellable once the download has been accessed or the license key has been issued.

You may request cancellation before download if:

  • You made a duplicate purchase

  • The product was ordered in error and has not yet been accessed or delivered

All digital product cancellations are subject to review and are not guaranteed.


3. Service-Based Orders (Custom Projects, Consultations, etc.)

For tech services or custom projects offered by developers, cancellations are permitted under the following conditions:

a. Before Project Start

  • You may cancel and receive a full refund if the developer has not started work or accepted the job.

  • Notify the developer via TechSPR messaging or support within a reasonable timeframe.

b. After Project Start

  • If work has already begun, cancellation may be subject to a partial refund, based on the portion of the project completed and time invested.

  • The developer may deduct any non-recoverable costs or time.

c. Late or No-Response from Developer

  • If the developer fails to respond or initiate work within the agreed timeframe, you may request cancellation and a full refund.


4. Developer Cancellations

Developers may cancel a service order if:

  • The buyer provides unclear or incomplete requirements despite follow-ups

  • The project scope exceeds what was originally agreed

  • There is a violation of TechSPR’s policies

In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the circumstances and work already performed.


5. How to Cancel an Order

  1. Log in to your TechSPR account

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Select the order and choose "Request Cancellation"

  4. Provide a reason and relevant details

  5. TechSPR or the developer will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days


6. Disputes Related to Cancellations

If a cancellation request is denied or disputed:

  • TechSPR may review the communication, files, and timelines

  • TechSPR’s decision on cancellation or refund eligibility is final
