TechSPR – Refund Policy

At TechSPR, we aim to ensure a safe and transparent experience for both buyers and developers. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made through our platform.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and tech services, all sales are generally final. However, refunds may be granted in specific cases as outlined below.


2. Refund Eligibility

Buyers may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product or service was not delivered as described or agreed upon.

  • The product is defective or non-functional, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

  • A duplicate purchase was made unintentionally.

  • The developer fails to respond or deliver within a stated timeframe (if applicable).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase

  • Incompatibility due to buyer’s device, setup, or third-party software

  • Buyer has already accessed, downloaded, or used a significant portion of the digital product

  • Custom work that has already been delivered, started, or consumed in part


4. Refund Requests and Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact the developer directly through your account dashboard and attempt to resolve the issue.

  2. If unresolved within 5 business days, submit a refund request to TechSPR support at refund@techspr.net with:

    • Order number

    • Product or service name

    • Reason for refund

    • Supporting documentation or screenshots (if applicable)

TechSPR will review the request and may:

  • Mediate between the buyer and developer

  • Approve or deny the refund at its sole discretion based on evidence provided


5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without following the TechSPR dispute process, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage resolving disputes through TechSPR first.


6. Developer Refund Policy

Some developers may offer their own refund terms in addition to this platform-wide policy. These must:

  • Be clearly stated on their listing page

  • Meet or exceed the minimum standards outlined in this policy

If a developer violates their own stated refund terms, TechSPR may intervene.


7. Timing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
