Welcome to TechSPR, a digital marketplace connecting users with technology products, services, and developers. By accessing or using the TechSPR platform (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
By registering for, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
TechSPR operates as an online marketplace facilitating transactions between:
Developers: Individuals or businesses listing technology products or offering development services.
Buyers/Users: Individuals or businesses purchasing or requesting services or products.
TechSPR does not directly sell products or provide services unless explicitly stated.
Users must create an account to buy, sell, or list on TechSPR.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and updated as needed.
Developers agree to:
Accurately describe and price all listings.
Fulfill orders or deliver services promptly and professionally.
Comply with all local, national, and international laws related to their offerings.
Handle customer support related to their own products or services.
TechSPR reserves the right to remove or suspend listings or developer accounts for violations.
Buyers agree to:
Provide accurate information when placing orders.
Pay for purchases using authorized payment methods.
Refrain from abusing refund or dispute processes.
TechSPR may charge service or commission fees. These will be clearly disclosed before transactions.
All payments must be made through the approved payment gateway(s).
Developers will receive payouts minus any applicable fees, according to our Developer Payout Policy.
TechSPR encourages direct resolution between buyers and developers.
If resolution fails, TechSPR may mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so.
Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy.
Users may not:
Post misleading, illegal, or harmful content.
Engage in fraud or misrepresentation.
Use bots, scrapers, or interfere with the Platform’s infrastructure.
Sell prohibited or counterfeit items (see our Prohibited Items Policy).
All content on the Platform, excluding user listings, is the property of TechSPR.
Developers retain ownership of their product or service content but grant TechSPR a license to use it for platform operation and marketing purposes.
TechSPR provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
The quality or legality of products/services.
Disputes between users.
Losses or damages resulting from use of the Platform.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the 12 months prior to any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to TechSPR at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert City/State/Country].
